HIS

A fully integrated HIS for a hospital may take up to twelve months to design, plan, customise and test, train and implement ready for hospital opening. In a new hospital much of this period will be in advance of the time when middle managers will be appointed to their departments.

QHS has experience of HIS functional implementation gained with a variety of different systems. QHS is able to work with the supplier, as a proxy for the functional staff, to ensure that the implementation is achieved in time for opening and without the shareholders needing to bear the costs of the premature appointment of staff.
