QHS will produce the detailed recruitment plans for new projects and has particular expertise where an international work force is required. QHS will also provide job descriptions and person specifications that fit the particular requirements of the hospital.  

QHS will screen the CVs of candidates and by applying Competency Rules can assist in reducing staff turnover, particularly at the end of probation periods (in countries where this is a legal requirement). QHS can carry out the interviewing of management and clinical staff and provide technical assessments of senior candidates.
